Can you dissagree with the question "does everything boil down to true and false"?

Brittany, Brittany, Brittany... if something is not true it is a false. So your statement about the cats or whatever is an easy one.
I now pose to you a question which cannot be answered either true OR false:
2+2= ?
the answer, of course, is 4!
But seriously: there are situations which do not evaluate to true or false, the most commonly used one being the statement
"this sentence is false."
if the sentence is true, then it's false. but if it's false then it's true. and all that jazz.
yes it can...
1. 2 + 2 = 4, not ? and not blank space, so that is false.
2. this second example just evaluates to nothing. It is neither true nor false.
